The simulator environment is located in the basement of the Bayly residence, currently under construction in Darien, Connecticut. The room is designed for dual use — a high-performance golf simulator and a premium home theater — with club-style millwork, a bar area, and a seamless connection to the adjacent gym.

Our design team will provide comprehensive design services for the basement golf simulator and adjoining lounge space. This scope is thoughtfully tailored to create a cohesive, elevated environment that feels both functional and experiential.

What We Need
From Your Builder.
SDS coordinates directly with your general contractor to ensure the space is properly prepared before installation begins. The following items must be completed by your GC prior to SDS mobilization.

Select Option A (TrackMan 4) or Option B (Foresight GC Quad) and confirm any optional add-ons — IDS cameras, speaker system, 4K projector upgrade, and/or interior design services.
SDS will connect directly with your general contractor to confirm electrical, network, and framing requirements before walls close. Timing is critical given current construction progress.
Upon scope confirmation, SDS will issue a formal agreement and begin the design and procurement process. Installation is scheduled to align with your construction completion timeline.
